I frame a certain number of linocut prints in advance so that when an order is placed I can dispatch the item within two working days. This will mean your print will be delivered within 7 working days. Once dispatched I will email you a dispatch notification.
If I have run out of framed prints when an order is placed then the delivery time will be longer. The framer will need to order the glass and make the frame, and although they can usually do this within a few days, it can sometimes take up to two weeks during their busy periods. So please allow up to three weeks for your item to be delivered in these circumstances. When you initially enquire I can let you know how many framed prints I have in stock and therefore how quickly it can be delivered to you.
If you want rather collect your purchase from my office in Pool, Cornwall, we can arrange a collection time convenient for us both.
At this time I only ship items within the United Kingdom.
I hope that you love your print, but if you change your mind you can return it. If you wish to make a return you must inform me by email within 7 days of receiving your order. When making a return you can deliver it in person back to to my office, or return via courier. If the latter, the item must be packaged securely - if the item goes missing or arrives damaged I cannot be held responsible and a refund will not be issued.
When you return an item I will refund your original payment. Please note that your shipping costs will not be refunded, just the cost of your print. Should you wish to exchange for another print, you will need to re order this again as a new purchase.
I aim to reimburse you within 14 working days.
Commissioned prints made to order are not subject to returns.
As courier companies will not insure glass (regardless of how well the item is packaged), they will not refund me in the case that your artwork arrives damaged. Every care is taken to make sure all framed and unframed prints are packaged securely. However, if your item arrives damaged and you require a refund, I will reimburse you as long as these steps are followed:
- Please take a photo of the damage (including the packaging if there are visible tear marks) and email it to me within 3 days of your package arriving.
- I will then email you with further instructions and issue you a full refund (including shipping costs).
Please do not send any broken glass through the post.
Each linocut or screenprint is hand printed. Although my best judgement goes into making them as uniform as possible, ink coverage will vary and therefore each print will look slightly different to each other. So the version you see on this website may not exactly represent the print you order. However, this is what makes your limited edition print special and unique so it's no bad thing! Any variations will only be slight.
All computer screens show colour differently. For instance a hue of blue may look lighter or darker on one computer screen than it does on another. Therefore any print you order, whether hand printed or digital, may differ slightly in colour from what you view when placing your order. I try to make sure that photographic representations of any artwork I post on this website are as accurate as possible.
